Cancel Booking Reason
Use this report to view the reasons that operators have cancelled bookings. This report and the Cancellation Reasons in setup are closely related. If users can enter whatever reason they choose it can become difficult to understand this report since you may run into a scenario where the same reason can be worded in multiple ways.
