The Utilization report determines a percentage of time that an item was used within a specified time period. For example, say you ran the report for a period of 30 days. The utilization figure may display as 60% for a particular product. This means that you have used the product only 60% of the time, or the equivalent of 18 days total within the 30 day period. The calculation is as follows:
- 100/(days within period x qty owned) x total qty on booking
